My order status says "delivered", but I haven't received my order. What should I do?Updated 4 months ago
If your order status is marked as "delivered," but you haven't received it yet, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure you provided us with the correct shipping address. If there was an error in the address provided at the time of ordering, it cannot be replaced or reshipped. A fee of $9.99 plus tax will be charged for a new shipment.
2. Ensure that your neighbours did not receive the package by mistake.
3. Wait a couple more days - sometimes Canada Post shows that your order is delivered but in reality, it might only be delivered 48 hours later.
