For our Canadian customers: Due to the holiday rush, please allow 15-20 business days for a refund to be processed. Please note that a fixed fee of $15 CAD is applied to every returns.

For our customers outside of Canada: Your refund will also be issued upon receiving your item at our warehouse. A shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund. Due to the holiday rush, please allow 15-20 business days for a refund to be processed.
